Know Before You Book
before booking, we would like you to review some important information regarding each reservation.
- select a date and time you would like to come
- adjust the quantity to include each person in your party that will be joining us
- additional experiences may be added at this time or you may opt into them in person
On the Day of Your Reservation
- all sessions are led through group instruction. to ensure all of our guests enjoy their experience, please arrive on time. doors will open 5 minutes prior to reservations beginning. you are considered a no-show after 10 minutes past your reservation time.
- please factor in parking and South Street traffic when planning your trip.
- there is off-site on-street parking available
- no outside food as the aromas will interfere with the sensory experience, but we are BYOB
- if you are using an e-gift card, please see our FAQ to book your reservation
Changes and Cancellations
- you are considered a no-show to your reservation if you arrive after 10 minutes. if you no-show, you are not entitled to receive a refund nor be subject to rescheduling
- same-day cancellations or guests who are more than 10 minutes late will not be eligible for a refund
- if you are running late, please text us via the phone number in your confirmation email
- If you text us you will be late, we can help you with rescheduling
