Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email letting you know that it is on the way or ready for pickup or local delivery.

Store Pickup

Orders may be picked up at our South Street location:

To arrange pickup, make a pickup reservation through our reservations page or contact us at (267) 918-1409.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the store will be open during posted hours unless a pickup reservation has been made. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within Philadelphia. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see whether local delivery is available for your order. If the option does not appear, the order is not eligible for local delivery.

Eligible orders are generally delivered the next day Loomen Labs is open. Delivery timing may vary depending on our operating schedule. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Flat Rate Shipping

After processing, orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS and generally arrive within 1–5 business days. A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 applies to eligible U.S. orders.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.
