Know Before You Book
Before booking, we would like you to review some important information regarding each reservation.
- Select a date and time you would like to come.
- Adjust the quantity to include each person in your party that will be joining us.
- Additional experiences may be added at this time, or you may opt into them in person.

On the Day of Your Reservation
All sessions are led through group instruction. To ensure all of our guests enjoy their experience, please arrive on time. Doors will open 5 minutes prior to reservations beginning. You are considered a no-show after 10 minutes past your reservation time.
- Please factor in parking and South Street traffic when planning your trip.
- There is off-site on-street parking available.
- No outside food, as the aromas will interfere with the sensory experience, but we are BYOB.

Changes and Cancellations
You are considered a no-show to your reservation if you arrive after 10 minutes. If you no-show, you are not entitled to receive a refund or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations and guests who are more than 10 minutes late will not be eligible for a refund. If you are running late, please text us using the phone number in your confirmation email. If you text us that you will be late, we can help you with rescheduling.
